Workshop: Staycee's Movement Lab with PearlArts, Iyapo Repository, Boom Concepts

  • CAFE - August Wilson Center (map)

How can movement ignite invention? How do landscapes contextualize objects? In this workshop, PearlArts dancers Ronnell Kitt, LaTrea Rambert, and Chandra Blount respond to prompts generated by you to build digital landscapes. Together we will design future worlds and objects through movement, music, and virtual reality. We will then analyze these VR drawings to see what information can be extracted to give form to artifacts. Walk-in, first-come-first-serve.
