It takes place during the 2017 Three Rivers Arts Festival in Pittsburgh, PA.

In a future where a socialist government gains power, a group of women decides to organize and rebel.  Set ten years after the most peaceful revolution in United States history, a revolution in which a socialist government gains power, this films presents a dystopia in which many progressive groups - minorities, liberals, gay rights organizations, feminists - continue to experience problems with jobs, gender, governmental preference and violence.
